Brent Labreche Insurance Agency Southwest Florida
 
Agency Information  Brent Labreche has served as general agent in southwest Florida since 2000. His agency covers the Diocese of Venice, plus Brandon, Ruskin and Sun City. Prior to being promoted to general agent, Brent served as a field agent since 1998. In 1999, he was the top producer in the state of Florida, and in the top ten in the Order. He has earned the professional designation of Fraternal Insurance Counselor Fellow (FICF).
Brent joined the Knights of Columbus as a charter member of Council 10498. He served as council Grand Knight in 1994 and District Deputy in 1996. Brent has served on his council’s First Degree team and is a member of his 4th Degree assembly’s color corps. He has recruited more than 50 new members into the Knights of Columbus. He’s active in his parish as a Eucharistic Minister, and serves on the parish council. Brent and his wife, Erin, who is also his office manager, are the parents of six children.

With more than 140 years experience, Standard & Poor’s is the financial industry’s foremost independent rating bureau, providing investment, credit and risk analyses of financial institutions around the world.

| A.M. Best Affirms Knights of Columbus Rating of A++ (Superior)

Order’s insurance program gets highest rating for 32nd consecutive year.
For the 32nd consecutive year, A.M. Best Company has assigned the Knights of Columbus its highest financial strength rating, A++ (Superior). A.M. Best is a worldwide rating and information agency, which conducts in-depth analyses and issues reports about the fiscal stability of insurance companies.
In its 2007 affirmation, A.M. Best cited the Knights of Columbus’ “strong fraternal and insurance presence within the Catholic communities in the United States and Canada, its strong risk-adjusted capitalization as measured by Best’s Capital Adequacy Ratio and its consistently positive statutory operating results.”
The report also pointed to the K of C’s “evolving fraternal programs in other countries such as Mexico, Poland the Pacific Rim territories and the Philippines, which could add to new membership growth going forward.” |
